Finnforest USA is serious about its corporate responsibility - to our environment and to our community. We seek to source products that excel at providing value for our clients with minimal environmental impact. Our commitment to the safety and well-being of our community is demonstrated with products that have no dangerous emissions levels and provide superior performance throughout the product lifetime.
Our wood comes from sustainably managed forests. It is procured legally and not from protected areas, such as ecologically valuable old-growth forests.
Our materials come from certified forests among the first to have reached the right to use BV (Bureau Veritas), PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) and FFCS (Finnish Forest Certification System) certification. This certification means our raw material chain is approved and our raw material purchases and production process fulfill all requirements.
When you see one of these forest certification labels on a Finnforest USA product, you can certain that the wood products come from a certified forest and have a chain-of-custody certificate.

Finnforest USA has all material safety data sheets available on our website, so you can be informed about potential hazards. Our main product lines - Master Plank LVL, Master-Q LVL, the Finland Plywoods line, and Finnforest ThermoWood - can all be safely used indoors.
